Bandana Realty has been serving Red River for over 25 years. Our staff consists of full time and part time residents. When people call to ask us about the weather, the layout of a rentals or a quick update on the real estate market we can give you a first hand answer or "get right back to you".
Ben and Lea Ann Butler, Qualifying Brokers, purchased Bandana in 2002 and while both have lived in New Mexico all of their lives and are happy to call Red River, "home", They both have extensive experience in property management and real estate sales.
Grace Brunelle - Real Estate Broker -Grace is the previous owner of Bandana. She has stayed on to devote her time to past and present friends/clients with their real estate transactions.
Barbara Beeler-Associate Broker- Barb and her husband spend their time between Crocket Texas and Red River. As land and home owners in dual states Barb is a great asset in assisting clients through real estate transactions and transitions.
Don Goforth - Real Estate Broker- Don of Goforth and Associates in Amarillo, keeps busy maintaining an office in Texas and listing properties for life long friends in Red River. As well as spending time at his cabin in the Red River Upper Valley. Amarillo has long been considered Red River's sister city. Don may be reached at his office in Texas!
Rounding out our staff is our Office Manager, Jan Davis, who has been with Bandana for 25 years and Mary Robinson and Sue McDonald, our Reservationists and all around "Jill’s’ of all trade" when it comes to keeping vacation rentals maintained!
